Many people in the county managed to pick up a property bargain last year, with plenty of homes selling for well below £100,000.
South Derbyshire appeared the place to be for a great deal, with all 10 of the county's least expensive properties located there.
This included three flats in Wildhay Brook, Hilton - the cheapest of which was bought for just £45,000.
Across the country, over half a million home sales have been registered for 2020.
Prices ranged from an eye-watering £44,278,490 for a flat in Mulberry Square, London, to just £15,000 for a property in Sunderland.
