What the new roadmap out of lockdown could mean for Center Parcs reopening

Holiday villages could re-open to customers this spring under the Government's roadmap out of lockdown.

As part of step two of the gradual lifting of lockdown restrictions, Prime Minister Boris Johnson said holiday lets can be used by individuals or household groups. This could be as early as April 12.

The move could be good news for popular holiday village operator Center Parcs, which is headquartered in Nottinghamshire and has a village in Sherwood Forest.

Center Parcs is not currently open but it is taking bookings. It has so far not announced any updates yet after the government announcement.

In its most recent update, issued on Wednesday, February 3, the company stated that it was extending its closure after the Government's indication of lockdown lasting into March.
