The drink-drivers, speeders and bad motorists who have gone through Derby's courts

The following motorists have all recently been convicted at Southern Derbyshire Magistrates' Court of these offences:

Fay Bromley, 45, of Fenton Road, Derby, was handed a 12-month community order, with 150 hours unpaid work and was ordered to pay £85 costs, a £95 victim surcharge and was disqualified from driving for 30 months for drink-driving in Brisbane Road, Mickleover, on July 9, 2020. A test saw her give a reading of 290 milligrams of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood when the legal limit is 80.

Adam Huzko, 45, of Brough Street, Derby, was handed a 12-month community order, with 80 hours unpaid work and was ordered to pay £85 costs, a £95 victim surcharge and had his licence endorsed with nine penalty points for failing to stop following an accident whereby personal injury was caused to another person in London Road, Derby, on July 17, 2020.
