Police executing warrants in Sneinton and the city centre successfully took a large quantity of drugs off the streets.
Three properties were searched as part of proactive early morning raids on Monday, May 3 and a large bag of Mamba was recovered.
Two men, aged 60 and 46, and a woman aged 32, were arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply. They have since been released under investigation.
A 54-year-old man was also detained and he remains in police custody for questioning.
A fifth person, a 36-year-old man, was also arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply following a raid in Shakespeare Street in Nottingham city centre.
Enquiries continue into the three properties in order to establish the circumstances of the finds.
