Brits are being urged to check at home for a super rare one pence coin that could be worth up to £140,000. According to the Royal Mint there were only six of these coins ever made, making them extremely sought after.
Many of us are known to collect copper coins in big jars or pots at home. If you have such a collection you should have a sift through in case there are any hidden treasures inside.
As reported by The Mirror, the Royal Mint has released a list of its most "sought after" coins which could be worth a fortune. On this list is a penny from 1933 of which only seven were ever made.
