The vicar of the church where Sven-Goran Eriksson's funeral will be held has announced plans to set up large TV screens for the expected overflow of mourners. Johan Bonander, who presides over Fryksande Church in Torsby, is preparing for a large turnout as family and friends gather to bid farewell to the former England manager.

Sven's funeral is set to take place on Friday, September 13. Despite the church's capacity of 600, an influx of attendees is anticipated, prompting significant adjustments to the family's original plans, reports the Mirror.

Speaking to Swedish press, Johan said: "We will set up a large screen in front of the church for those who cannot get a seat inside. " He added, "One piece of advice is to be out in good time if you want to attend the funeral. On the same day, our market Torsbymarten opens, and streets will be closed."
