This month, eight-legged invaders are making their way into our homes - but you might be surprised to learn that these aren't spiders at all. As Spider Season kicks off this Autumn, we're seeing an influx of these creatures scurrying across living rooms, lurking in bathtubs and spinning webs in doorways and corners.
However, one creature that's been spotted frequently is the opiliones. Despite looking and acting like a spider, it isn't one. Commonly found in UK households, these arachnids are extremely spindly, with long legs and a tiny, circular body.
