A rare and unique find has just been added to the Derbyshire property market, the Cold War nuclear bunker has been listed just outside of Buxton.

The ex-Royal Observer Corps nuclear bunker is a one-room bunker designed to provide accommodation for three ‘observers’ to survive a nuclear attack and is quite rare in the fact that only 1,500 have been built in the UK.

The bunker is up on the market for a guide price of £15,000- £20,000 and is still in excellent condition despite its age, as well as coming with some of the original equipment from the 1950s.
