Prince Harry has reportedly kept a "warm" connection with his late mother's family, the Spencers. Princess Diana, who died in 1997, was one of four siblings, including Lady Sarah McCorquodale, Lady Jane Fellowes, and Charles, the 9th Earl Spencer.

Harry recently returned to the UK for the funeral of his uncle, Lord Robert Fellowes, in Norfolk on Wednesday, August 28. Lord Fellowes was married to Diana's sister, Lady Jane, reports the Express.

People magazine notes that during his brief stay, Harry chose to reside with his uncle Charles at Althorp, indicating the closeness he feels with the Spencer side of the family. After Diana's tragic death, Charles made a point of being there for his nephews, delivering a poignant eulogy at her funeral and walking beside young Harry and William in the procession.
