Two interior design experts have revealed the most common decorating faux pas they encounter and how to fix them.

Dagna Marszal of Stunning Chairs warns against the pitfalls of "overdecorating" your living space. "We all love to spruce our homes and personalise them to our taste," Dagna commented.

"While furnishing a living room can enhance the space by adding character, over-decorating can sometimes lead to the opposite outcome that we'd hoped for."
